Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction? We’re seeking a dedicated Customer Analytics Specialist to play a pivotal role in our innovative team based in De Kwakel, Netherlands.
Lgem is a biotech company that develops installations for algae research, production, and market applications, making a unique and sustainable contribution to the future of food supply. You will support the team in liaising with clients, assist in sales processes and help create new markets and subsequent leads, you will utilize your knowledge and experience while also relying on the expertise of your colleagues and a strategic partnership with a digital agency.
Lgem is a biotech scale-up in microalgae production, resulting from a merger between the companies Lgem and Synalgae. and has more than 18 years’ experience. The team (20 employees) develops innovative and patented photobioreactors for both small and large-scale production of various types of algae. In their own AlgaeHub in De Kwakel, Lgem provides access to test facilities for companies, researchers, and universities.
Market research and intelligence:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover emerging trends and opportunities.
Customer data analysis and reporting:
- Utilize advanced analytics to dissect customer data, creating insightful reports and dashboards.
Lead generation and management:
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with teams to guide leads effectively to closure.
Customer analytics support:
- Provide exceptional analytics support to customer-facing teams, addressing queries and optimizing customer experience.
- Stay abreast of the latest methodologies in customer analytics and business development.
Automated follow-up expertise:
- Leverage your expertise in automating follow-up procedures to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Minimal ‘bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field with an affinity for the biobased industry.
- Experience and affinity in customer analytics, business intelligence, and/or business development.
