Prices and conditions

Prices are exclusive:

• VAT and all other taxes and duties any inspection costs and other unknown transit costs, custom inspection, inspection fees, warehouse charges, etc.

• Shipping and inland trucking
• Unloading containers/trucks
• Any cost for border delay or demurrage charges due to any delay in customs clearing at border/seaport
• All other duties payable at the time of transportation
• Any customs clearance or handling charges of the goods
• Brokerage costs
• Any cost for Letter of Credit and banking cost
• Cost of any modification of the system due to demands by local authorities
• Construction All Risk Insurance
• Applicable permits and drawings for municipal requirements
• Soil testing/soil drilling/ground investigation and foundations advise
• Supervisor
• A health and safety officer
• Any visa / working permit for the supervisor and / or working crew
• Airline tickets and local transport fares.

• Lodging including food, drinks, and laundry service
• Availability of medical care in the vicinity of hotel.
• Single room for each supervisor.
• Availability of international communication facilities (telephone/fax, internet connection) with satellite TV reception at hotel.
• Availability of international communications facilities (telephone/fax, and internet connection) on site.
• Availability of office room for supervisor on site.
• Proper hygienic conditions and sanitary facilities on site including constant supply of hot water and potable water at site.
• Food & drinks supply on site during working hours.
• Availability of professional first aid medical care kit on site in case of accidents.
• Local transportation from site to lodging place and back.
• Storage facilities with security on site. Any damage or loss of materials at risk of Client.
• Supervisor will organise, control, and check all works on site. He will inform needs in advance to the Client in case required. The supervisors with Client site manager will arrange all works on site.

• Surveillance, site security and fencing around building site
• Electrical installation, wiring, switch boards, controls unless explicitly stated
• Any labour, mounting and installation work unless explicitly stated
• Cleaning up the building site all time
• Removal of temporary buildings and/or roads after the work is completed
• Crane works where and when needed
• Scaffolding/ ladders

• Rent of needed machines e.g. forklifts, scissor lifts tractors etc. Lgem|Synalgae / Bosman Van Zaal shall discuss after order what machines are needed and what is available.
• Evacuation of sewer/flush water and waste from all installations and the Support building [toilets etc.]

• Any fuel needed for erection and installation of the project

• Drainage of water from the building site
• Any groundwork, sloping, levelling and profiling of the site
• Evacuation of ground, sand or rocks as resulting of digging works
• Any filling sand/granular where needed
• Any digging work, back filling and removal of any sand
• Drill holes for the greenhouse foundation
• Any concrete for greenhouse foundation
• Any concrete and works for floors and pathway
• Any reinforcement steel for the greenhouse foundation
• Any reinforcement steel for the pathways / floors
• Cleaning the structure and glass during / after construction
• Final levelling before placing the ground cover
• Any goods, materials, systems, services not specified in this Offer

Lgem | synalgae assumes that the following matters have been arranged:

• Electrical power on the building site and free of charge by Lgem|synalgae / Bosman van Zaal
• Clean running water on the building site and free of charge bylgem|synalgae / Bosman van Zaal.
• Garbage bins for disposal of construction refuse.
• Telephone lines, canteen, toilet and/or other facilities during the construction period for our crew according local laws.
