Tubular glass photobioreactor

The Lgem Pilot-6600 is designed for pilot-scale projects and as an inoculation step for large production facilities. The PBR consists of one skid-mounted tank unit and four glass tubular helices for on-site construction. The PBR is for either indoors or outdoors. The PBR can be equipped with LED illumination for operation in a warehouse or climate room. The on-site installation of the Lgem Pilot-6600 is easy. The set-up allows for maximum flexibility if there is a need to re-locate. With the Pilot-6600, it is, for instance, possible to produce biomass batches suitable for the first commercial scale-up and commercial samples and downstream processes tests.
